Was born 22 November 1927 in Leningrad.
In 1955 P.Litvinsky graduated from I.Repin Institute in the R.FRENTZ workshop.
Since 1952 he has participated in Art Exhibitions.
The member of the LCRAU since 1955.
Paint a portrait, historical and genre pictures, landscape, still life.
Paintings by Piotr LITVINSKY are in Art Museums and private collections in the Russia
and abroad.
