Biography

Was born 26 December 1917 in Petrograd (formerly St.Petersburg). In 1948 N.Brandt graduated from I.Repin Institute in the M.BOBISHEV workshop.
Since 1948 he has participated in Art Exhibitions.
The member of the Russian Union of Artists since 1948. Painted portrait, landscape, still life, genre scenes, worked as theater artist.
Personal exhibition in Leningrad (1982).
Paintings by Nikolai BRANDT are in Art Museums and private collections in the Russia and abroad.
