Biography

Was born 27 May 1929 in Leningrad. In 1955 Y.Belov graduated from the I. Repin Institute in the R. FRENTZ workshop.
Since 1954 he has participated in Art Exhibitions.
The member of the Union of Russian Artists since 1960. Paint a portrait, still life, landscape, genre scenes and historical subject.
The main subject of his creation-image of LENIN, the history of Bolshevism and Revolution movement in RUSSIA.
Personal exhibitions in Leningrad, Moscow, Pskov, Lvov, Novgorod, St.Petersburg and other cities.
